SOME EDUCATIONAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

There are the total of 36 credits of which 12 to 18 credits are the study courses
and 18 to 24 credits which are related to the thesis project assigned in the curriculum.
The subjects of study are designed in order to enable students to master the concepts
of each major and to support the scientific abilities of students to implement the
research projects under the supervision of the advising professor and based upon
the approved curriculum in every major.
The minimum score to pass each subject of study is 14 out of 20 and the average
acceptable score in all subjects is 16 out of 20.
After having the thesis project completed and obtaining the approval of the advising

is required to defend his/her thesis at the presence of the board of assessment.
The assessment is based on the scientific quality of the research, the level of
innovation, the quality of presentation, and the methodology of writing. The thesis
will then be assessed in two levels:
A: Satisfactory (with excellent, very good, and good degrees)
B: Unsatisfactory
Should the thesis be assessed as unsatisfactory, based on the board of assessment
